Great first day on the ship!! Our room is fabulous - we got an upgrade! - walk in closet - love it!! Spent a little time by the pool with some fruity cocktails after a little nap. We all seem to be non-jet-lagged, thankfully. We had a fun dinner, love our waiter and the dining room is gorgeous, massive chandelier. There was a cheesy show following dinner then a Name That Tune from the 80's game in the Schooner Lounge - can't beat that!!
This morning we woke up in France! We are tendered out in the Mediterranean and took a small boat to the pier, passing unbelievable yachts in town for the Cannes Film Festival. We didn't see any movie stars, but passed lots of lines with people waiting to see movie stars (does that count?) We walked, walked, walked through town. The people are beautiful, hip and so fashionable and the scenery idyllic. We took a touristy open air bus tour all up and around town f some incredible views.
